Marketing consent terms

Consent to Use Content

By enabling Marketing Consent, you grant Smitten the right to use, modify, reproduce, and display your profile photos and profile content (including answers, games, fun facts, etc.) in any form of advertising or promotional material, both online and offline. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Billboards
• App store screenshots
• Social media posts
• Website and in-app promotions
• Other marketing campaigns

Exclusions

Your private chats, matches, and any other confidential information will never be displayed or shared.

Duration & Revocability

This consent remains valid for as long as any campaign featuring your content is active. If you disable Marketing Consent later, Smitten is not required to remove your content from ongoing or previously launched campaigns.

License & Rights

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to all profile content you provide. You understand Smitten may edit or alter your content for marketing purposes.

Consideration

In exchange for your consent, you will receive one (1) year of free Smitten Premium if your profile is actually featured in our marketing materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Smitten from any liability, claim, or demand arising out of or related to the use of your content in marketing campaigns.

Acknowledgment

By enabling Marketing Consent, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and give Smitten the ongoing right to use your profile content as described.
